Heel Grounder Strap w/One Megaohm,Resistor
Made for workers wearing insulative shoes, the Heel Grounder allows static electricity to pass from the worker to the ESD matting or flooring.
Static Electricity can produce damaging sparks that can ruin and destroy expensive equipment. The Heel Grounder is an accessory for 24/ Seven LockSafe ESD floor mats. ESD foor mats eliminate static and provide an ergonomic work surface for your team to perform. For more conventional installations, each tile comes with the grounding snap already installed for use with a grounding cord.
NOTE: Unless used over a conductive floor, mats must be grounded with a ground cord (793-Cord) and users must wear a heel grounder (793-Heel)
